I want to pragram a H263 Encoder/Decoder on TI
C6711.
I have the Imagink Kit and after the aquisition
of the image I want to Encode it, store it on the C6711, get it from there,
Decode it and finnaly display it on the monitor pluged into the Imaging
kit.
Is there anything already done?
There's a demonstration of a H.263 Decoder
with the imaging kit but there's only the .out file. I would like to learn
how is it done viewing the source files.
