programming flash memory on 6713 DSK

Next text is produced when I use flasburn from toolbar:
Req. FBTC Load
FBTC Download OK
Failed to get BP addr
Cannot load FBTC program
If I do in the way made in the example using DOS the error is
WARNING: invalid option: -l
WARNING: nested command file : c6713dskafxrcfg.cmd ignored
WARNING: invalid option: -stack
-stack 0x40000
ERROR: syntax error
I generate my program with simulink Matlab.
The examples cannot program in the flash memory, but hosting it runs
What is the solution for this problem? I need your help. Thanks
