If it turns out you're able to run it at 96 kHz, I'd be interested to hear your
results. The data sheet mentions 16, 24, and 32-bit "data transfers", but the SNR
figures given, typically in low to mid 90's (dB) and specified at 48 kHz sampling
rate, imply 16 to 18-bit resolution at best. I'm going to guess that at 96 kHz, the
resolution will decrease.
