How can load and tranfer a file between PC host and C6713 board.

Hi everybody,
 
Now, i'm using TI C6713 board and Code Composer Studio version 3.1. I 
have some problems with it:
 
1.After I load a program into C6713 board, how can this program read a 
file in a certain folder in the PC host?
And after processing , how can this result be transfered and saved in a 
file in the PC host?

2.How can I take "xdais.c" used in lab 11 (XDAIS algorithm)
and "audioapp_hex_6713.cmd" used in lab 14(Flash burn) ( in 4-day 
workshop lab)?
