DSP and Applications with C6713 and C6416 DSK by Rulph Chassing - CDROM lost

Hi,

I have purchased the Digital Signal Processing and Applications with
C6713 and C6416 DSK by Rulph Chassing a couple of year ago. I want to
work with this now but I realized that I misplaced the CD-ROM. I cannot
run the examples in the book with out the CD. I was wondering if anyone
who has this book can send me the folders on the CD-ROM or atleast send
me a link to a site that has this code. Your help is greatly
appreciated.

given there is for the C6711. I need the one for the C6713. I contacted
Amazon but since it has been two years since I bought the book, they say
they may not be able to do much. I do have the Invoice from Amazon which
I can send to you if you want to check my veracity.
