hello everybody,
i am a newcomer to dsp
i wanted to learn how to use dsp/bios configuration tool fro the 2812
i wanted to know if there are any manuals or books for me learn about
dsp/bios
whenever i try to make a dsp/bios configuration from scratch(not the
one which comes as a part of ccs tutorial) i end up getting many errors
how can i learn to make one and use it
also are there any particular files that are to be included or excluded
from the build if i use the dsp/bios
please help

Are you trying to configure DSP/BIOS using the 'Tconf' utility?
If so, then you need to read SPRU007 - the version (C?) installed on
your hard-drive as part of CCStudio (NOT the spru007e.pdf on TI's
web-site), also SPRU423 [TMS320 DSP/BIOS User's Guide], and the
DSP/BIOS Application Programming Interface (API) Reference Guide
relevant to your IC.
Unfortunately, there are a few bugs, at least as far as the C6000
version of the tools is concerned. I still haven't got an entirely
satisfactory set of scripts, although I do have one that builds and
works well enough for this stage of the project.
