Artificial Neural Network for Speech Recoginiton

Hello,
Could anyone give me a link to a ready made Artificail Neural Network
for Speech recoginition in MATLAB? MATLAB has one for character
recoginition. However, I need the code for an ANN that uses phonemes
to incorporate in my project.
