TI's USCIF driver

hello
when i try to connect to a "F28335" an error appear in code composer studio
that says:
Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000240/-604
Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS, 
This error was generated by TI's USCIF driver.

SC_ERR_LIB_ANY_LOAD <-604>
A required dynamic library could not be installed.
The attempt to load or install the library failed.
what should i do?
would some body please help me?

I recommend the Texas Instruments E2E (Engineer to Engineer) forums.  
Not that you won't get any answer here, but TI should be more likely to 
support their products (F28355 and CCS) there.  You also have the 
benefit of non-TI engineers there who might answer.
