Cache misses with TIC6000

Hi,
    I need to estimate cache misses with TI-C6x. Is there a way to do
this with CCS?
    Any pointer or suggestion are welcome.

have you tried putting "cache analysis" into "keyword" field at www.ti.com?

that would answer your query in 3 secs...
