Are these functionally any different than the RTL-SDR devices that
have been around for quite a while?   It says it has a 0.5 ppm TCXO,
but that's been available for a while, too.

Anyway, yeah, people have done crazy stuff with these.  I did some
projects with RTL-SDRs on RPi3 and similar platforms that were kind of
fun.
