Hello comp.dsp, I don't know if this is common knowledge, but, out-of-the-blue, I received an email from Trine-Lise Allnore, Rune's sister, on 17-Nov-2018 which I quote below. Hi. I saw your question about my brother Rune, at a forum on the net. You postet It about 4-5 years ago, so you may not remember it.. Well, he comitted suicide in January 2012. You and another member of the forum had fun, trying to remember some latin from school... Well, now you know What have happen to him. Best regard; Runes sister. Trine-Lise. That is definitely a loss for our group. Rune brought a lot of deep knowledge to us and was liked by everyone. -- Randy Yates Embedded Linux Developer http://www.garnerundergroundinc.com

So he was a strong influence for a long time. We've lost some good ones in the past few years. R.I.P. - Greg
