OFDM Modulator

hi everyone
Im devloping an OFDM modulator using DSP techniques, with the following
specifications:
Bit rate = 16Kbs/s
16 sub-carriers
QPSK
8 Bit Resultion DAC

can anyone help regarding how to start the matlab program for this
project..

Omar,

This seems like homework, which you may get help with, but not actual 
answers. What do you mean by "start the Matlab program"? There may be a 
desktop icon you can click, but you probably don't mean that. If you 
state clearly what you tried, and what makes you think it didn't work, 
someone may offer guidance with what you don't understand.
