Export to Makefile utility

Hi, I'm trying to use the "Export to Makefile" feature of Code Composer
Studio (version 3.1). It doesn't work. Comes out with a "Nothing to be
done for makefile" message. Has anyone had better luck with this? We work
on the Windows XP platform.
