DSP and applications with C6713 and C6416 DSK

i recently bought the book 'DSP and applications with C6713 and C6416
DSK'
by chassaing.  I had to buy a used one as it was much cheaper but the cd
is defective that contains the source code.  I cannot afford to buy a new
book
does anyone have the source code from the book?
