case
you didn't see my message the last time, I came across this user's
group, and wanted to get the word out about a full-time opportunity as
a
Senior DSP Engineer, with my direct client in Hackensack NJ.


     Our client, one of the first to make deployment of high
definition (HD) video conferencing widely available over the
internet,
creates solutions that provide quality experiences to all
environments
from the home-office desktop to the dedicated corporate video-
conferencing facility. The technology is based upon the H.264
Scalable
Video Coding (SVC) standard, advanced to a higher level of
realization
by the same team that invented H.264 for video conferencing.


Our client's family of end-to-end solutions for OEMs and
organizations
are able to support multi-point connections that include a variety of
different platforms ranging from Mac & Windows desktops to dedicated
room solutions. No dedicated networks are required.


Skills:
�      In-depth knowledge of TI DSP architectures required,
specifically TI
C64x, DaVinci and OMAP.
�      Extensive experience developing and optimizing SW for these
DSPs a
must
�      Experience in designing and adapting SW implementations for
these
DSPs a must
�      Voice and/or Video compression experience a definite advantage
�      C programming experience
�      CS or EE degree with at least 5 years of industry experience


Compensation:
Salary will be in the range of $100K-$120K depending on experience
plus benefits and stock options.
