gaussian mixture model

i really need help.
i'm doing a voice morphing project and is in need of help with the
gaussian mixture model method.

i know i will need to process an audio file into lpc datas and then
using the lpc format to create a codebook. however, i do not know what
comes after that. what am i to do so that i can morph the sound?

Really appreciate it if someone can help me out. Really need the help
desperately.
