"Digital Signal Processing with Field Programmable Gate Arrays" is a good
book if you already have a DSP background. As someone else in the group
recently pointed out, you need to have a good DSP background before you
start worrying about implementation (FPGA or otherwise).

Hi daniel,
thank you so much for your posting about FPGAs.
I am new in this subject and actually a student and
happen to be working on a project that involves
making an FFT on an audio sample derived at 96 KHz.
Can you help me and tell me how i could do this on
an FPGA. I have some experience in VHDL and i hope
its the language i will have to use.
if you can recommend for me some literature about this
i would be very grateful.
Have a nice weekend.
Best regards
Polo
