Please Help me : Coding & OFDM & Rayleigh fading

Hi all !!!
I use Convolutional code (decode with Veterbi) for OFDM (BPSK modulation) over Rayleigh fading (having interleaver and not). But it seems not to improve. If you have any experience about it, please help me !!! Thank you

Speaking just of convolution code, It is not always necessary that the
performance will improve. What is the rate of convolutional code and
what generator matrix did you use?
