Hi,
Im trying to program a DSP56F805 with flash_over_jtag that came with
CodeWarrior for 56800/E v7.3. For now, Im just trying the test program thats
in the same folder.

Target chip refused to enter Debug mode!
The target was reset, the application is running
Im using windows xp. When using CodeWarrior, Im able to program my board using
the same parallel command converter.
Can somebody know why the chip refuses to enter debug mode?a
