Hi everyone, I am trying to implement "combined speech & channel coding" on an ADSP processor. It involves convolutional coding with viterbi decoding. CELP to be used for speech coding. Channel will be modelled as Rayleigh fading channel.I have just stated the work. Could you please tell me how to proceed, specifically where to find specifications.
