Hi , I just finished implemeting G726. I found that the quality is very low. Can some one give me sugesstion about improving the quality of G.726. I was told that using some of the modules from CELP will improve the quality. But others disagree saying it will not improve rather low down. Can some one kindly suggest some method where quality can be improves? Rgrds, Raj |

Hi Raj If your code meets the test vectors perfectly there will be a good quality output. See that your out put matches for all test vectors. with regards KS ----- Original Message ----- From: Raj Baretto To: Sent: Thursday, August 21, 2003 7:16 PM Subject: [speechcoding] G726 Quality improvement Hi , I just finished implemeting G726. Srinath, I have few test vectors, but no sure if they are standard ones. Could You please help me to get those? Also I am talking about the lowest 8KHz sampling. For higher sampling rate the quality is better, but I am interested in 8Khz one. Kindly give me ur suggestions on this.
