Hi,
Is anybody Know about the Internal sampling frequency of the signal what 3gpp guys are using for complexity comparision of AMRWB+?

Rama

AMR-WB allows bandwidth ranging from 50 to 7000 Hz, so maximum sampling
rate must be 16 kHz.

The maximum sampling rate in AMRWB is 16k only. But Inside, the whole
codec operates at 12.8Khz internal sampling frequency.Similarly
the "amrwb+" or "extended amr-wb" codec supports various internal
sampling frequencies(from 12.8Khz to 38.4 Khz) with various sampling
frequencies (from 8Khz to 48Khz).I would like to know the ISF that what
3gpp people are using for complexity comparision with eaac+ decoder.
