I am developing a system that uses the SDRAM controler with a MICRON 2Meg x 32 SDRAM. I had thought there were issues until I found them elsewhere... Points to look out for include your settings of the WAIT register, the SDRDIV register and the IOCTL register. If you are going through the start up sequence and are using an ICE, you should probably do a RESET after you start up the DEBUGGER. That way you're going through a proper startup. Also, look into the time delay your part needs before it can be used... this can sometimes be significant.
