hi all,
I have a question to all. i have L2 (wimax) code running on arm9.now we
changed the platform to BF56X BLACKFIN .can we tell which one is efficient with
respect to MIPS(i mean rough calculation)before porting to ADSP and checking
it??
mips

There should be a 30 day simulator available. I would try to simulate the
core arm9 and blackfin code on the same computer and see how many clocks
it reports for each subroutine of interest. Convert that to mips based on
clock speed for each platform. Should be a very interesting comparison!
