HI to all, I am currently working on a project that interfaces 4 AD1819s onto the two serial ports of the ADSP 21065L EZ Kit Lite. Two codecs are arranged in daisy chain per serial ports, i.e. Each serial ports contains a master slave configuration. I am currently testing the codec with demo programs from Analog Devices. I disabled the on board AD1819 on the EZ Kit Lite and used one of the Master Codec on the EMAFE interface using serial port 1, and it worked perfectly, unfortunately when I modify the code to initialize the other serial port o interface the other Master codec onto serial port 0. It doesn't work. Somehow the interrupt that tells the processor doesn't occur, even though they are exactly the same as with the other serial ports, I just changed the location of the interrupt from Sport1 to Sport0 and the initialization registers from SPORT1 to SPORT0. COuld anyone of you enlighten me on this one. i am not quite sure why the SPORT1 works ok and if I used the other SPORT0 with the same initializations nothing seems to happen. i also checked the codec, and found out that its transmit almost the same thing.
