change the processor on the board.
it cannot be unlocked if you dont know the password.
can you re-word your second question
it is not clear

I am happy that you guys replied fast and not happy about F2812, that its
gone:)
My second question was, see i have this F2812 with me and some how i am going to give a particular address to the address lines of F2812, then what will be there in the data lines if i try to read the data lines.
OR
My idea is like if i give the address of the password location on address lines and by default if the F2812 considers it as a read operation then i can read the password, right?
This is just a thought.. sorry if i am stupid.:)
Thanks & Regards
Georgy Daniel

quite sure TI would not make such loop holes but worth tryin anyways
but read memory operation also involves giving read enable for the memory in addition to the address
this i believe involves more than just software programming
but in case you can do it, this should read out the contents of the location
