Hi! all, I am now designing a board with C5402, BGA package. I want to find some adapter that can convert C5402 from BGA package to TQFP (PGE) packge, could anybody give me some information about this? or any information about BGA socket (for C5402). Thanks a lot! liyi |

I would give Emulation Technology a call. They make all kinds of socket adaptors like that. Call 1-800-ADAPTER or go visit their web site at www.emulation.com and you can see for yourself.
