I haven't used the WinTech TDS510USBPLUS, but WinTech emulators have a
history of 'working out of the box' or 'being very difficult to configure'.
Try the following:
1. Review the cases in the list archives.
2. Check the WinTech docs and run xdsprobe. Report your results to us.
3. Carefully check to see if you can locate any WinTech configuration
information.

Note:
If you can locate any config information [like for another processor], it
could help.

indu,

There are a couple of items that (almost) always need to be installed after the CCS
installation.

The first is the drivers for the USB emulator.
The second is the specific .DLL for the (in this case) 6416 DSP.

These files can be found either on the TI web site of the spectrum digital web site.
A quick call to the tech help line will make it easy to locate the appropriate files.
Also, quite often a configuration file needs to be updated to indicate which USB port
is used to connect to the emulator pod.

I don't know if you noticed - indu is using a WinTech emulator. I think that
the WinTech software and drivers have been installed [but I think it is not
configured correctly] since he has a WinTech emulator showing up in CCS
setup.
