Need the schematics of TMS320C6416 TEB

Dear Experts,

 

    We got a TMS320C6416 TEB from TI as a loan. But the documention and the schematics are missing in the pack they gave. TI website says that the board is OBSOLETE and there are no documentations available. We are about to make a daughter card to work with the TEB. If any of you have the schematics and other details of the TEB please share those to me.
