How to use HST Module for File IO

Started by jyoti jain May 8, 2002
Hi all,
I m using TI C6xxx simulator.In a program using
DSP/BIOS i want to read from a file to do some
processing and write in another file.I have read the
DSP/BIOS user guide but couldn't find the answer.
Pls give me some pointers to this problem.
Thanks in advance

Naveen,

Just use C file i/o
fopen()
fread()
fwrite()
fclose()

One thing to what out for is the filename. The simulator doesn't seem to
remember the current directory, so it is best to give it a complete path.

Another thing, the command line simulator is MUCH faster than the CCS one.
