using mcbsp as uart in TMS320c6713 dsk

hi everybody,
I am trying the code of spra633b for using mcbsp as uart. I am able to get the output signals in my clkx,dx,fsx at the berg and if i short it correspondingly with the receiver pins in the berg it works.
But when i connect it to a line driver ( max232) and try to see the transmitted character in the terminal window of the PC, i am getting chunk values displayed.The hardware of max232 works separately fine. so how should the baud rate be adjusted and i think it is a synchronisation problem. how to resolve this issue.

Play with the clockdivider value. I remember there was a formula to
calculate it.
Try multiplying the result of that formula by 0.5 or 2. I remember i had
to do something with "2" on it to make it work.

Hi,

Is there any source to start with C64x+ interrupt (in C), something for timer interrupt. It seems it is very different from other cores.
