CCS - breakpoint error

hi all,
      I am new to CCS, while setting breakepoint for file I/O operation i
am getting erroe as "Breakpoint location does not resolved to memory
address", how to solve this error?
      Also i want to know basic Requiremnets for building your own project
i.e how to write CMD file and how to optimise the code.
