Hi folks, I am looking for literature that describes either the TX or RX (or both) chains for a software radio with the following (ideal) constraint: the radio uses digital FIR filters (post ADC/pre DAC) that operate between 100MHz and 300MHz (maybe a singlerate FIR or an FIR that interpolates into this range or a decimation FIR that downsamples from this range). Failing that, any literature that gives a nice simple TX/RX chain with numbers that could be scaled up(down?) would be great. I have found quite a lot of stuff on the web and via IEEE publications but most of it seems to be lower rate than I am looking for. Many thanks for your time, Ken -- To reply by email, please remove the _MENOWANTSPAM from my email address.

I don't know if this might be close or not. http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/dsp10.htm "Ken" <aeu96186_MENOWANTSPAM@yahoo.co.uk> wrote in message news:bj23bo$2oa$1@dennis.cc.strath.ac.uk...> > Hi folks, > > I am looking for literature that describes either the TX or RX (or both) > chains for a software radio with the following (ideal) constraint: > > the radio uses digital FIR filters (post ADC/pre DAC) that operate between > 100MHz and 300MHz (maybe a singlerate FIR or an FIR that interpolates into > this range or a decimation FIR that downsamples from this range). > > Failing that, any literature that gives a nice simple TX/RX chain with > numbers that could be scaled up(down?) would be great. > > I have found quite a lot of stuff on the web and via IEEE publications but > most of it seems to be lower rate than I am looking for. > > Many thanks for your time, > > Ken > > -- > To reply by email, please remove the _MENOWANTSPAM from my email address. > >
