Hello Alf:
This is the message that appears when any in the board isnt
working...
Afther checking the JTAG signals an power pins you can check
the current in the power supply and if its very low (10 mA)
then try to put one 10M Ohm resistor in parallel with the
cristal... I had this message and the problem was the cristal
oscilator start up.
