I made an update to my blog post:  "Model Signal Impairments at Complex Baseband".  I simplified the math for adding phase noise in section 3, and I updated the Matlab function channel_phase_noise.m in Appendix B.  The previous version was correct, but more complicated than necessary.

The HTML and pdf versions have both been updated as of this morning.
