u can finf H.263 and mp4 on helixcommunity.org The code section is down and expected to be up soon. That is misleading. H.264 reference software is freely available. The official site is http://bs.hhi.de/~suehring/tml/ The latest version is 7.5c The source of mp4 is also available from the respective standard body (iso/iec) website I don't know why these questions come again and again. Google always seems to give the correct site as the first result.
